Mr. Vadim Zeltser’ passion is sales. For the past 20 plus years he has been training individuals in sales techniques on how to develop and generate extraordinary in-house sales. His 20 year passion for selling makes him a sought after mentor when it comes to guiding sales representatives.
Vadim’s experience runs the gamut of financial services from private asset raises to managing an international book of clients including United Kingdom, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada. He started his career working for some of the largest wire houses in the country which included, Shearson Lehman, Bear Sterns, Paine Webber and Lehman Brothers and rose through the ranks from cold caller to a licensed Series 24 securities principal and supervisor. During his tenure on Wall St., Vadim’s proven techniques were instrumental in molding his sales team into some of the top producers in the industry.

He has been instrumental in developing sales divisions for companies in different industries, ranging from Fortune 500 companies like Disney Publishing to smaller operations focusing on business funding. He hired, trained and ran a 120 team sales force, surpassing production targets month after month.

Throughout his 20+ year carrier Vadim has demonstrated a talent for building trust and strong relationships with top company management as well as individual investors, while always focusing on the most important aspect of sales — results.
Vadim holds a B.A. in Finance and Investments from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY.
